    Business Development Representative – Commercial Accounts

    ASF Clean Team | Bay Area (San Francisco / Oakland)

    ASF Clean Team is a fast-growing commercial exterior cleaning company serving the Bay Area. We specialize in commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning for multi-unit and professional properties. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to grow our commercial portfolio by securing recurring B2B contracts with property managers, HOAs, and facility teams.

    What You’ll Do

    Prospect and close new commercial and recurring service contracts

    Attract new commercial clients and Government jobs.

    Visit properties and conduct walkthroughs with decision-makers

    Build relationships with:

    Property managers

    Building owners

    Facility managers

    HOAs

    Prepare and follow up on estimates and proposals

    Maintain a clean sales pipeline in our CRM

    Upsell additional services (pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, add-ons)

    Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

    What We’re Looking For 4+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience (property services, construction, landscaping, or janitorial, a plus) Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits Strong communicator with excellent follow-up habits Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Bay Area

    Compensation (Bay Area Competitive)

    We offer aggressive, performance-driven compensation:

    Option 1: Commission-Focused

    10%–15% commission on closed deals

    15%–20% commission on recurring contracts

    Residuals available for long-term accounts

    Option 2: Base + Commission

    $55,000–$75,000 base salary

    Plus 5%–10% commission
