    The Role

    We're seeking an independent Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on generating new client relationships outside of our existing government accounts. This is a 1099 contractor, commission-only opportunity, perfect for self-motivated sales professionals who thrive on results and want uncapped earning potential. **

    Responsibilities

    Prospect and engage new business clients in private/commercial sectors

    Build and manage your sales pipeline using outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, events)

    Present HJ Staffing's staffing, recruiting, and payroll services to decision-makers

    Close new accounts and hand off to operations for fulfillment

    Track outreach activity and deal flow in CRM tools **

    Requirements

    Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services preferred

    Self-starter who can work independently without heavy oversight

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    Comfortable with commission-only structure (1099 contractor)

    Must not solicit or reach out to current HJ Staffing government accounts (County, State, or Municipal clients) **
