    At Concraft, we specialize in restoring properties and rebuilding lives. We provide high-quality disaster restoration services for commercial and residential properties impacted by water, fire, and other losses. Our success is driven by a strong team of Project Managers, technicians, and support staff who execute at a high level, and we’re looking to add a Business Development Representative who will help drive that continued growth. You won’t just sell, you’ll build relationships, represent our brand in the market, and play a key role in bringing opportunities to our team. What You’ll Do • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position Concraft’s value • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams • Professionally present and confidently ask for the business • Track activity and opportunities through daily CRM updates • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Success in this role is measured by: • New client relationships established • Opportunities generated • Frequency of being called upon when disaster strikes Qualifications: • Persistent while being respectful, able to have hard conversations and push back where appropriate, while delivering constructive feedback • Social, pleasant, and able to build relationships quickly and in various environments with people at all career levels • Strategic and organized; you approach your sales with a defined strategy and goal in mind, and always understand where you are in the sales process with your prospects/clients • Winner attitude, you always strive to be the best at whatever you choose to do • Previous experience in commercial and restoration business development is preferred We are building our TEAM based on our Core Values: • Trustworthy - Be consistently dependable • Empathy - Show people we care; be humble & kind • Always - Communicate, listen, and look for ways to improve • Make It Happen - Go above and beyond Compensation: $65,000 base + commissions
