    • Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools, with accurate forecasting and timely updates.

    • Facilitate weekly reporting on activity, pipeline health, and revenue projections.

    • Familiarity with Personal Injury law, is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

    • Consultative selling approach with ability to uncover client needs.

    • Organized, disciplined, and proficient in CRM tools (MapMyCustomers, HubSpot, etc.).

    • Ability to manage a field-based role with autonomy and accountability.

    Behavioral Traits (A-Player Profile)

    • Resourceful and creative in opening new accounts.

    • Persistent, resilient, and driven by results.

✅ Have experience navigating complex professional service organizations

✅ Value working for a company with strong moral principles

    Not a Fit If:

❌ Prefer inside sales or minimal travel requirements
