    TVG-Medulla, LLC (Medulla) affiliated with Chiro One Wellness Centers, is a high-growth, healthcare organization with 150+ clinics across the nation. Each month, we help thousands of patients live happier, healthier lives through our unique model of chiropractic care.

    Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are a critical part of our business, driving patient acquisition via the creation of business-to-business relationships to execute health screening events at organizations across the Midwest. Many businesses and organizations are looking for opportunities to provide wellness programs for their employees to improve individual health and drive down health care costs. The BDR works directly with business owners, key human resource professionals, and retail managers to develop and execute wellness workshops, spinal health screenings and employee appreciation events.

    The BDR role is responsible for meeting monthly quotas within the designated Chiro One clinic areas by identifying, prospecting, presenting, proposing, and closing our services to business leaders of small to mid-sized businesses, retail and fitness locations. The BDR demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Medulla and Chiro One value propositions and has the ability to quantify this benefit to prospective partners. He/she is supported by a corporate marketing team that assists with prospecting lists, monthly email campaign content, email templates and marketing collateral as well as internal coordinators who execute the event contracts and work with the sales team to coordinate event execution.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Create individualized target account strategies for business verticals within designated Chiro One Clinic areas.
    • Develop prospects by heavy networking, email marketing, referrals, cold calling, direct selling, and relationship development through local organizations
    • Create email marketing campaigns with customized messaging around monthly themes to drive new leads and, therefore, event execution leading to patient acquisition.
    • Utilize consultative selling and establish a trusted advisor relationship in order to determine prospect needs, create customized event packages and execute contracts
    • Responsible for concurrently moving several prospects through stages of sales process: initial prospect meeting, creation of a customized event, proposal/presentation and close.
    • Achieve the quota target by meeting sales metrics that drive new patient acquisition
    • Complete all administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner
    • Demonstrate TVG-Medulla, LLC core values, at all times
    • Identify continuously changing healthcare needs and “hot topics” for employers to generate creative ways to provide high-energy, relevant healthcare events.
    • Plan and coordinate spinal health screenings, employee and consumer appreciation events, workshops, and additional programs targeted at the client’s health and wellness strategy
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Basic Requirements

    • 1+ years’ experience in sales, a plus
    • Demonstrated passion for sales, learning, and growth
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic to effectively manage your time to drive growth within your territory, generally 80+ sales engagements each day
    • Demonstrated multi-tasking abilities with consistent and timely follow-through all while achieving goals
    • Strive for honest, transparent, and accurate communication - always over deliver
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment while taking great pride in your work
    • Empathetic, solutions-oriented and a true passion to serve customers

    Desired Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to accept coaching and feedback, as well as use feedback to pivot and grow
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment to effectively manage your time to yield sales within assigned territory
    • Experience collaborating with and supporting colleagues, within sales and cross departmentally
    • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership thinking
    • Previous customer service, support or client facing experience
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (Strongly Preferred)
    • College degree or equivalent experience
    • Understanding/experience with sales engagement platforms such as Tout, Outreach, or SalesLoft

    Additional Requirements

    • Willingness to travel and work overtime, including evenings and weekends, sometimes with short notice.
    • Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
