Job Description
General Description
TVG-Medulla, LLC (Medulla) affiliated with Chiro One Wellness Centers, is a high-growth, healthcare organization with 150+ clinics across the nation. Each month, we help thousands of patients live happier, healthier lives through our unique model of chiropractic care.
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are a critical part of our business, driving patient acquisition via the creation of business-to-business relationships to execute health screening events at organizations across the Midwest. Many businesses and organizations are looking for opportunities to provide wellness programs for their employees to improve individual health and drive down health care costs. The BDR works directly with business owners, key human resource professionals, and retail managers to develop and execute wellness workshops, spinal health screenings and employee appreciation events.
The BDR role is responsible for meeting monthly quotas within the designated Chiro One clinic areas by identifying, prospecting, presenting, proposing, and closing our services to business leaders of small to mid-sized businesses, retail and fitness locations. The BDR demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Medulla and Chiro One value propositions and has the ability to quantify this benefit to prospective partners. He/she is supported by a corporate marketing team that assists with prospecting lists, monthly email campaign content, email templates and marketing collateral as well as internal coordinators who execute the event contracts and work with the sales team to coordinate event execution.
