    What You'll Do

    As the Restoration Business Development Representative, you'll become the face of the company within your assigned territory.

    Your primary focus is building long-term relationships before disaster strikes while being ready to respond when emergencies occur.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Develop relationships with fire departments, police departments, EMS, municipalities, insurance professionals, property managers, commercial clients, and community organizations.
    • Become a trusted local resource within your territory.
    • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, trade associations, and community functions.
    • Educate referral partners on emergency restoration services.
    • Respond to emergency property losses involving fire, water, storm, or other catastrophic events.
    • Meet with property owners during difficult situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
    • Explain the restoration process and help customers make informed decisions.
    • Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
    • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the emergency response process.
    • Monitor incoming leads and respond quickly.
    • Achieve individual sales and business development goals.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.

    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Ability to work within an assigned territory
    • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

    Physical Requirements

    This role includes both office and field work.

    Candidates should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, walking job sites, climbing stairs, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment when necessary.
