About the Role: Lightspeed Restoration is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to focus on building relationships, generating referrals, and supporting the estimating process. This role plays a key part in growing the business by developing strong partnerships and ensuring opportunities are properly documented and converted into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with:
Insurance agents & adjusters
Plumbers
Property managers
Real estate professionals
Generate and manage referral pipelines
Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency
Compensation:
Base rate
Aggressive commission structure:
10% on water jobs
5% on fire and mold jobs

Requirements:
Strong people skills and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
