We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Kansas City. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including outbound calls, emails, and networking
Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts with company objectives
Attend meetings and trade events when required to build relationships and represent the company

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000-$45,000 plus commission, restricted stock units, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
