    ShareCRM, a global late-stage pre-IPO technology company, is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our expansion team and play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline. This is your chance to work directly with leadership in shaping our go-to-market strategy while developing foundational sales skills in a high-growth environment.

    What You'll Do:

    Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Research and identify target SMB/Mid-Market accounts and key decision-makers

    • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, social selling, LinkedIn)

    • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects

    Lead Qualification & Discovery

    • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points

    • Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities

    • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives

    Sales Process & CRM Management

    • Maintain accurate prospect information in CRM system

    • Track activities, communications, and pipeline progression

    • Collaborate with marketing team on lead feedback and campaign optimization

    What We're Looking For:

    Required:

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or related role

    • Experience with B2B SaaS sales, preferably in CRM, ERP, or enterprise software

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets

    • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

    • Experience with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.)

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Preferred:

    • Previous experience in technology or SaaS startup environment

    • Understanding of CRM concepts and business processes

    • Knowledge of sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)

    • Knowledge of Mandarin language
