    Job Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining strategic relationships that drive patient admissions to Freedom Recovery Centers. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals access life-changing treatment. The BDR will work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to promote our services.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Lead Generation and Outreach:

    Identify and build relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

    o Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of Freedom Recovery Centers' services.

    · Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential referral partners.

    Maintain ongoing communication and provide updates about our programs and outcomes.

    · Strategic Planning:

    Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

    Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine business development strategies.

    · Promotion and Branding:

    Represent Freedom Recovery Centers at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all outreach efforts.

    · Performance Tracking:

    Monitor key performance metrics, including patient admissions and referral growth

    Prepare regular reports for leadership on business development activities and results.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or substance abuse treatment settings.

    Proven track record of successfully developing partnerships, increasing referrals, and achieving growth targets.

    Strong understanding of the substance abuse treatment landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.

    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Responsible for researching potential clients, partnerships in the Richmond and Hampton roads, VA area.

    Must meet pre-employment and maintain all applicable state, national, and job-related guidelines for reference checking, background screening, urine drug screening & health screening (if chosen), DMV (if applicable), insurance (if applicable), and license/credential verifications
