    About the Role

    We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, attorneys, and healthcare providers. You’ll represent our brand in the field, educate the community on our services, and drive new patient referrals across a defined local territory.

    What You’ll Do

    Visit physician and attorney offices weekly

    Build relationships with doctors and legal teams

    Promote physical therapy services

    Represent Innovative at local events and community functions

    What You’ll Need

    1+ year of outside sales or healthcare business development experience

    Reliable transportation and comfort traveling locally

    Strong people skills — you enjoy networking and relationship-building

    Interest in physical therapy

    Preferred (but not required)

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $60,000

    Bonus: Up to $5,000 per quarter based on performance

    Travel Stipend: $450/month
