Business Development Representative
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new business growth. This role is focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into qualified leads for our agency. Responsibilities: • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly + commissions for sales
