About the Role
We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) on behalf of our client, a fast-growing, cloud-based software company that helps businesses manage customer relationships and marketing at scale. With over 500,000 customers across 180 countries and recently achieving Unicorn status, this company is on a steep growth trajectory, and they're building out their North American sales team in Austin.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to grow their career in B2B SaaS, work alongside experienced Enterprise Account Executives, and make a real impact in the US market.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify high-fit target accounts for outbound prospecting
- Run cold outreach campaigns (cold calling and cold emailing) to generate qualified pipeline
- Collaborate with senior Enterprise Account Executives to penetrate and multi-thread target accounts
- Schedule discovery and sales meetings between prospects and Account Executives
- Develop a strong understanding of the product and confidently articulate its value to prospects
- Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and outreach quality
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in the MarTech industry is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of any of the following is a bonus: multi-channel marketing, e-commerce, content marketing, digital/mobile marketing, or direct-to-consumer retail
