We are seeking a motivated and process-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing a pool of existing commercial clients while actively developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, driven by results, and skilled at building strong client relationships in both B2B and B2C environments.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with an assigned pool of existing commercial clients.
Proactively develop new client relationships through direct outreach, calls, events, and networking opportunities.
Represent the company at local chambers of commerce, community events, and industry functions.
Drive direct sales initiatives to expand market presence.
Serve as the main point of contact for client account management.
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.
Maintain an organized, process-driven approach to business development and account management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales (B2B and B2C).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable with direct sales, networking, and client-facing activities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
