We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Call new inbound leads within 5 minutes of receiving them • Re-engage aged or unresponsive leads through calls, texts, and emails • Qualify leads using strategic questions (motivation, timeline, condition) • Book appointments for our closing team • Keep detailed notes in the CRM and update pipeline stages • Follow up with leads who no-show or go quiet • Communicate feedback to the team about lead quality and objections • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Qualifications: • Thrive on the phone • Follow up without fail • Are organized, detail-oriented, and track everything in the CRM • Take ownership and don’t need constant supervision • Are curious, coachable, and eager to improve • Love systems, structure, and helping build something meaningful Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
