    We're a leading provider of bookkeeping and business solutions for SMBs and franchise brands. Our ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, skilled in consultative sales, and ready to make an immediate impact by sourcing and closing qualified opportunities.

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage and qualify inbound leads from our website and marketing efforts

    • Consult with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory solutions

    • Build and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized businesses seeking QuickBooks support or outsourced accounting

    • Collaborate closely with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent client experience

    • Occasionally conduct targeted outreach or follow-ups with dormant leads (light cold calling)

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven success in a business development or sales role (bonus if it's in accounting or bookkeeping services)

    • Familiarity with selling financial services, outsourced accounting, or QuickBooks-related solutions

    • Strong communication skills with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach

    • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs

    • Self-starter who is motivated by results and enjoys a fast-paced environment

    • Experience in SMB sales or the QuickBooks ecosystem

    • A strong personal network in the SMB or accounting industry
