    Who We Are

    PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand, work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

    What You’ll Do

    The Business Development Representative acts as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales by developing new relationships with prospective customers, while properly presenting PCMI to prospective customers. This position will be working directly with PCMI’s sales team and reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations.

    In this role you will:

    • Determine lead eligibility from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
    • Present our company to potential clients
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by developing and qualifying new leads
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Business Development Executives
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
    • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
    • Identify and initiate contact with potential customers via follow-up calls and emails from researched leads, cold calls, web leads, assigned leads, and industry contacts.
    • Learn PCMI’s PCRS platform to schedule and perform high-level product demonstrations with potential customers.
    • Learn/understand PCMI’s position in the Auto F&I, Extended Warranty and Service Contract Industry.
    • Demonstrate ability to research companies you’re having meetings with and properly log information to HubSpot (i.e. develop relationship roadmaps).
    • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
    • Assist the Market Research Representative and Sr Business Development Manager in looking for new ways to streamline the way we use HubSpot and make it more useful as a sales tool.
    • Attend various conferences and industry trade shows events throughout the year to promote PCMI’s PCRS product.

    What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

    Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 1 year of prior business development experience.
    • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn for CRM/sales purposes.
    • Knowledge of Third-Party Administration platforms for Consumer Products, preferred.
    • Relevant industry experience or understanding (Auto F&I, Extended Warranty, Services Contracts), preferred.

    Travel

    • Must be able to travel to client meetings; up to 10%
