Part-time opportunity between 9 AM and 5 PM M-F The Redux Group, a top-producing and fast-growing real estate team based in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. If you love talking to people, setting appointments, and being part of a team that’s making big moves in the industry, this might be the perfect fit. Must be available for work during normal business hours. Your role is simple but powerful: call local real estate agents and book interviews with our leadership team. You’ll help us grow by starting meaningful conversations with agents who may be a great fit for Redux. Responsibilities: • Call real estate agents using Mojo Dialer and introduce them to our team’s mission, culture, and growth opportunities. • Set phone appointments with agents who are open to exploring a move. • Manage outreach via calls, email, and text, and follow up consistently to maximize results. • Log and track all activity in our CRM system. • Achieve Daily Metrics: TBD • Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts, strategy, and performance. Qualifications: • Have previous inside sales, appointment setting, or recruiting experience. • Are U.S.-based and available to work part-time hours during the Eastern Time Zone business day. • Are confident, engaging, and thrive on connecting with new people. • Are goal-driven, competitive, and highly self-motivated. • Can handle rejection and stay upbeat and professional. • Communicate clearly and effectively—both on the phone and in writing. • Are tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.), Mojo Dialer, and working in a CRM environment. • Knowledge of real estate is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $25 hourly
