About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Pollen, you'll be on the front lines of our sales team, driving top-of-funnel growth. You'll take ownership of researching target companies, identifying key decision-makers, and building a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects. Your outreach will open doors for our Account Executives to have meaningful conversations with marketing leaders and business owners.

What You'll Do
Identify and research high-fit prospects
Conduct high-volume outreach
Qualify inbound leads
Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a sale, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS or marketing tech experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills- articulate, persuasive, and good at active listening
A self-starter with high energy, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable with rejection and driven by goals and KPIs
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar is a plus
