    About the Role

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Pollen, you'll be on the front lines of our sales team, driving top-of-funnel growth. You'll take ownership of researching target companies, identifying key decision-makers, and building a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects. Your outreach will open doors for our Account Executives to have meaningful conversations with marketing leaders and business owners.

    What You'll Do

    • Identify and research high-fit prospects

    • Conduct high-volume outreach

    • Qualify inbound leads

    • Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives

    • Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM

    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years of experience in a sale, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS or marketing tech experience is a plus)

    • Strong communication skills- articulate, persuasive, and good at active listening

    • A self-starter with high energy, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Comfortable with rejection and driven by goals and KPIs

    • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar is a plus
