    Job Title: Full-Time Outside Sales Specialist

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

    Compensation: $750/weekly + Uncapped Commission

    Yearly Compensation: $39,000-$100,000 +

    Location: Hybrid Work Environment (Must live within CT, MA, or PA)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.     Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.

    · Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.

    · Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

    · Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

    · Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.

    Candidate Requirements:

    · Proven outside sales experience is required.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.

    · Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

    · Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.

    · High school diploma or equivalent.

    · Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
