Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell our services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with clients. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean® is the best restoration company. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned projects ensuring clients needs are met. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. A PuroClean Business Development Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing
Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
Understanding, adhering to and promoting safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
Existing relationships with property managers and/or insurance professionals is a plus
Valid drivers license
2+ years' of successful outside sales experience desired
