We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Representative to expand our presence and build lasting partnerships within the community.

    Position Summary:

    The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with multifamily housing partners, property management companies, and insurance professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the disaster restoration industry and the ability to position our services as a trusted solution provider.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with multifamily property managers, asset managers, and ownership groups

    • Develop referral partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, and carriers

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share

    • Execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness

    • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking within the assigned territory

    • Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics

    • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded

    • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the disaster restoration industry

    • Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, and mitigation services

    • Established relationships within multifamily housing and/or insurance markets preferred

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

    • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
