    Position Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR is responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with referral sources, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-based role that requires visiting potential referral partners, conducting lunch-and-learns, attending networking events, and maintaining regular CRM updates.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including property managers, insurance agents, plumbers, real estate agents, and contractors.

    Conduct 50+ in-person client visits weekly to nurture relationships and generate leads.

    Schedule and host 2+ lunch-and-learn presentations per week to educate partners about PuroClean services.

    Meet or exceed a weekly revenue target. Salary will be 10% of annual revenue goal.

    Attend at least one networking event weekly (chamber meetings, BNI, trade shows, etc.).

    Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system on a daily basis.

    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Represent the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrity.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (preferred but not required).

    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

    Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

    Tech-savvy with the ability to manage CRM tools and basic office software.

    Requirements

    Must pass a criminal background check with:

    No felonies

    No open criminal cases

    No driver’s license suspensions within the past 3 years

    Must have reliable transportation and maintain a clean driving record.
