    $20/hour base pay

    $30/hour OTE

    +$20 bonus for every qualified lead you set

    What You’ll Do

    This is a B2B (business-to-business) role focused on setting appointments.

    Your primary responsibilities

    -Reach out to warm, qualified leads (people who have already shown interest) -Call, text, and email prospects using a proven outreach process -Ask a few simple questions to confirm fit and interest -Schedule meetings for our Account Executives (your main success metric) -Log notes and updates in our CRM so the team stays aligned and follow-ups are timely

    Occasionally, you may also

    -Research new prospects using data tools for contact enrichment -Identify the right decision-maker at a company and gather accurate contact information

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience is helpful but not required. If you’ve done customer service, appointment setting, or any phone-based work, you’ll transition smoothly.
