    Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Restore Commercial Properties. We are looking for a Business Development Representative focused on commercial restoration services. In this role, you'll build relationships with businesses, facility managers, and key decision-makers—connecting them with expert solutions before and after disaster strikes. You’ll be a vital part of expanding our commercial reach and strengthening our brand presence in the local market.

    Key Responsibilities

    Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients (property managers, engineers, facility directors, etc.)

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and lead generation

    Educate clients via Lunch & Learns, presentations, and Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs)

    Represent SERVPRO at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows

    Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver top-tier service

    Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

    What You’ll Receive

    Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000/year

    Commission Structure: • 5% on new commercial mitigation jobs • 3% on repeat mitigation jobs from new clients (within 12 months) • 2% on jobs from existing commercial clients • 1% on commercial reconstruction

    Bonuses: Performance-based

    Tools Provided: Company vehicle (for work related travel), laptop, and credit card

    Qualifications

    3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in restoration or commercial services)

    Strong communicator with relationship-building and presentation skills

    Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized

    Comfortable networking and presenting to business professionals

    Willing to learn the restoration industry (training provided)

    Must pass a background check and drug screening
