What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you’ll help grow our business by generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting our sales efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
Learning to identify and reach out to potential clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) such as property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial businesses
Making calls, sending emails, and scheduling appointments with potential clients
Supporting the sales team in follow-ups and client relationship management
Representing SERVPRO at local networking events and community outreach opportunities
Keeping accurate records of your activities in the CRM
Assisting with marketing efforts that support business growth
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career
Positive, professional attitude
Comfort with talking to new people and building relationships
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Work Details
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Local travel for client visits and events may be required
Light physical activity (handling materials, attending events)
