Job Title: Business Development Representative

Our full service water & fire restoration company is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a passion for sales and a track record of success. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to maximize their earning potential and grow their sales career. Our growing company is looking to add an additional 25% to our revenue and seeking someone who hits their goals!

Pay structure: Salary+commission

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and other potential sources of business
• Monitor and analyze sales activity to identify opportunities to increase revenue and identify areas for improvement
• Schedule and attend sales appointments with potential clients
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of our water mitigation services and how we can help them during times of emergency
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies to effectively communicate our services to clients
• Create and maintain a database of contacts, sales leads, and prospects
• Ensure that all sales deadlines are met and exceeded
• Attend / Hold events such as golf outings, tradeshows, and informative breakfasts

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (we are looking for someone who is Bilingual in English and Spanish)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a flexible schedule to meet industry demands
• Must feel comfortable talking in front of groups
• Valid Drivers license
