    This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, offering customized staffing services that directly impact their business success. Reporting to executive leadership, the Business Development Representative will also be expected to stay informed on market trends, provide feedback from the field, and contribute to the ongoing refinement of our business development strategies.

    The ideal candidate is skilled at building rapport across a variety of industries, particularly in high-demand sectors like manufacturing, logistics, and food production.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition & Development: Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to introduce our staffing solutions, transforming prospects into loyal clients.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with emerging businesses in your territory and understand market trends to better serve current and future clients.
    • Strategic Sales: Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts, collaborating closely with management to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Relationship Management: Regularly visit client sites to understand their business needs and foster strong professional relationships.
    • Brand Advocacy: Participate in community and industry events to promote ProSource Staffing’s brand and expand our network.
    • Safety & Compliance: Ensure client work environments meet safety standards and compliance requirements, safeguarding our staff and reputation.

    Qualifications:

    • Practical experience, with a proven track record in sales.
    • At least one year of outside sales experience, preferably in staffing or a related service industry.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively interacting at all organizational levels.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a knack for learning new technologies.
    • Ability to travel within the designated territory and occasionally beyond.

    Physical/Mental Requirements:

    • Dynamic and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
    • Enthusiastic and resilient, ready to make cold calls, give presentations, and close deals.
    • Physically able to conduct site visits and engage in minimal lifting as needed.

    Working Conditions:

    • Predominantly office-based with significant field work involving travel to client sites.
    • Flexibility to travel as required for business needs.
