A growing security and technology services provider is seeking a driven, organized, and relationship‑focused Business Development Representative to help expand our commercial footprint. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound activity, structured follow‑up, and building trust with facilities leaders, property managers, and operations teams.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects—identifying opportunities, qualifying needs, and coordinating next steps with our leadership and technical teams. This is a high‑visibility position with clear expectations, strong support, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage new commercial prospects through outbound calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our service offerings and ideal customer profile.
Schedule site walks, discovery calls, and introductory meetings for our leadership team.
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and follow structured workflows.
Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to support quoting and proposal development.
Track activity metrics and pipeline progress with transparency and accountability.
What You Bring
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfort with outbound activity and structured follow‑up.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
Ability to learn technical concepts related to security hardware, access control, and commercial service offerings.
A proactive, organized, and accountable work style.
