    Sales Development Representative (Phone & Chat) We’re searching for an enthusiastic, heart-centered professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to direct hundreds of leads to the help they need for their medical practice growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media ads, Facebook groups, and a database of thousands to find prospects and start conversations with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves making calls, talking to people, and getting them the help they need on the phone, over chat, and in person. We're looking for experienced people who can learn quickly and accelerate their skill sets. Responsibilities: • Generate leads through many methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close • Proactively prospect potential practice owners and spas via phone calls, emails, social media, and creative outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle as a trusted advisor and problem solver. • Meet and exceed targets by driving sales performance and pursuing new business opportunities. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Successful experience providing customer service preferred • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
