    Sourced. is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and qualify opportunities for our Talent Acquisition services. You will be the crucial first point of contact, focusing on securing new business within the small to medium-sized business (SMB) market.

    Key Responsibilities & Daily Focus:

    This role is all about initiative, relentless prospecting, and collaboration. You will be responsible for filling the top of our sales funnel and ensuring quality handoffs to the closing team.

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and pursue new customer leads in local, regional, and national markets using expert cold calling, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and professional networking platforms.
    • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct deep discovery calls and meetings to assess prospect needs, educate them on the Sourced. Talent Acquisition value proposition, and qualify opportunities for the closing team.
    • Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Support and Talent Acquisition staff to ensure a seamless "warm handoff" of qualified leads, maintain data integrity in the CRM, and support customer satisfaction efforts.
    • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships within customer organizations, engaging contacts both vertically (up to the executive level) and horizontally (across departments).
    • Goal Achievement: Maintain high daily activity metrics and consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
    • Demonstrated "Hunter" Mentality: A strong, competitive drive with a documented desire to succeed in an outbound sales role (cold calling, door-to-door, telemarketing, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently, self-direct tasks, and prioritize time effectively, with consistent support and coaching from the Sourced. management team.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and solid time management abilities to manage a high-volume pipeline.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex service offerings clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of professional sales or high-volume business development experience.
    • Direct experience in B2B Sales, Staffing/Recruiting Sales, PEO Sales, or Insurance Sales is highly valued.
    • Established record of consistently meeting or exceeding measurable sales goals and quotas.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and professional platforms like Google Workspace and LinkedIn.
