We are seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our sales team. This role focuses on driving sales with both new and existing customers through effective prospecting, relationship building, and closing techniques. The successful candidate will manage follow-ups and regularly travel regionally to meet quarterly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
- Reach quarterly sales targets by deadlines
- Close sales transactions and manage follow-ups
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customer base
- Conduct sales prospecting to identify new opportunities
- Network extensively within the region through regular travel
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients

- 3+ years in sales
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM)
