Responsibilities: • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance • Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close • Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers • Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails • Build High-Value Referral Relationships • Educate and convert leads through Downsize Allies' exclusive programs • Guide clients and their families through the sale of their home to receive top value with minimal stress • Create customized downsizing solutions through our financing services, contracting services, and moving coordination • Convert leads into real estate transactions • Conduct consultations, home evaluations, and replacement home options to best serve clients • Hit realistic but aggressive revenue and transaction goals Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous customer service experience is highly desired • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred • Previous sales experience with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $35,360 - $49,920 base plus bonus
