    Vert Environmental in Fullerton is seeking an outgoing and organized Inbound Call Router to support our fast-paced, service-driven operation. This role focuses on handling inbound calls, identifying client needs, and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments. You'll play a key role in generating leads and adding qualified opportunities to our pipeline, all while delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Nurture business opportunities • Close business opportunities • Lead generate target businesses • Develop new sales relationships • Follow the team plan • Follow your daily and weekly routes • Attend all sales meetings Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Two years of previous sales experience • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Sales experience is required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have clean driving record • Must have working rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of location • Ability to make a good first impression Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 DOE
