Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Nurture business opportunities • Close business opportunities • Lead generate target businesses • Develop new sales relationships • Follow the team plan • Follow your daily and weekly routes • Attend all sales meetings Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Sales experience is required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have clean driving record • Must have working rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of location • Ability to make a good first impression Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 base + commissions
