As a Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR), you will play a pivotal role in fueling our sales pipeline by engaging and nurturing warm leads to create qualified opportunities for our account management team. This position focuses exclusively on warm leads generated from trade shows, online marketing efforts, and inbound inquiries, allowing you to build relationships with prospects who have already shown interest in our outsourcing solutions. You'll use a multi-channel approach to outreach, demonstrating persistence, professionalism, and a structured process to book meetings and advance prospects. This is an entry-to-mid-level role ideal for someone with a bit of B2B sales experience who is eager to grow in a supportive environment, with opportunities for career advancement into account management or senior sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm inbound leads from trade shows, online marketing campaigns, and other event-driven sources to qualify prospects and build interest.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries like Home Care, Healthcare, Insurance, Technology, and Professional Services.
- Execute targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects, uncover needs, and schedule qualified meetings.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, including tracking follow-up sequences, lead status, and interaction history.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach activities, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline progression.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth handoffs of booked meetings, providing detailed context on prospect needs and pain points.
- Continuously refine your approach based on performance metrics, such as conversion rates and lead quality, to optimize results.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and best practices in B2B prospecting.
Qualifications
- At least 6-12 months of B2B sales or prospecting experience required; 2-3 years preferred for more senior candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and professionally.
- Organized and process-driven mindset, with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $50,000-$65,000 for 6-12 months of experience; $65,000-$80,000 for 2-3 years, depending on qualifications.
- Uncapped commission: Estimated $30,000-$50,000 in first-year commissions, with payouts for every qualified meeting booked and bonuses for meeting/exceeding quotas.
