Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your mission is to generate and qualify leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and help drive the growth of our sales pipeline. This is a high-impact role that combines outbound prospecting, strategic research, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via outbound calling, email, social media, and other outreach methods including LinkedIn, Apollow and Dripify strategies that align with our Demand Generation Marketing efforts.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations
Schedule meetings and capability presentation for Leadership team and Sales Development Representatives with decision-makers and lines of service leaders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
Collaborating with marketing to support targeted campaigns and events
Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals
Qualifications:
5- years of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience B2B tech space preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls and engaging new contacts
Strong research skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
