    Join Mission Recruiting’s newest division and help us build something big from the ground up. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with a track record of closing B2B deals—ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services. If you thrive in building pipelines, hunting new business, and creating value for clients, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact while working with a warm base of existing relationships.

    You’ll sell a high-value, subscription-based service to businesses nationwide, with a focus on law firms and other professional organizations. This is a consultative sales role that rewards curiosity, persistence, and the ability to uncover client pain points and craft solutions that fit.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct outbound outreach (75%) to new prospects and follow up with current clients (25%).
    • Leverage 400+ existing client relationships and thousands of pre-built leads in our system.
    • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including virtual presentations and negotiations.
    • Coordinate onboarding and be available to answer client questions during handoff to our operations team.
    • Maintain meticulous communication logs in our ATS to ensure a seamless client experience.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
    • Hunger to build something from scratch and contribute ideas to shape our growth strategy.
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex services simply.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive base salary and commission
    • Realistic earnings potential of $90K–$120K annually.
