NOW HIRING - Business Development Representative
National Construction Staffing Company is expanding and looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help grow our presence in the South Florida construction market.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, meeting contractors, visiting job sites, and creating opportunities through consistent activity and follow-up.
Construction staffing experience is NOT required.
If you have strong sales ability, confidence, work ethic, and the right attitude- we can teach the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Developing new business relationships with commercial contractors
• Visiting construction job sites and contractor offices daily
• Prospecting new accounts through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• Working closely with recruiting teams to fill workforce needs
• Managing client relationships and growing existing accounts
• Negotiating rates and helping close new opportunities
• Creating consistent sales activity and pipeline growth

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $60,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Car allowance + fuel support
• Phone allowance
• Bi-weekly commission payouts
Earning Potential
Your income grows as your accounts and workforce grow.
• 25 Field Employees → Approximately $75K+ annually
• 50 Field Employees → Approximately $100K+ annually
• 100+ Field Employees → $150K+ potential
