Compensation

Annual Base Salary

$45,000

Commission

5% of labor sold on completed and paid projects.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

$30,000 in monthly labor sales: $400 bonus

$50,000 in monthly labor sales: $800 bonus

$75,000 in monthly labor sales: $1,600 bonus

$100,000 in monthly labor sales: $3,000 bonus

Team Bonus

When the company meets its monthly quality goals, every eligible team member earns an additional bonus.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners and commercial clients.

Listen to customer needs and recommend solutions.

Prepare professional estimates using our software.

Follow up with customers to close sales.

Coordinate with the office and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, construction, remodeling, or home services preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
