    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development / Sales Consultant to join our team and help expand our reach and impact across Maine.

    Position Overview

    As a Business Development / Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our agency by building relationships with referral sources, generating new business opportunities, and communicating the value of our services to families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

    This role requires a proactive, confident, and strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and pursue new referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and case managers.

    Develop and execute a territory-specific marketing and outreach strategy to meet monthly and quarterly growth goals.

    Build strong relationships with community stakeholders, industry partners, and families to increase awareness of TCHC’s services.

    Attend networking events, health fairs, and community forums to promote brand visibility.

    Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools.

    Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

    Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing (home care, hospice, or senior services experience preferred).

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build trust and establish lasting professional relationships.

    Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
