Business Development & Sales Representative
About the Role This is a relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on wearing many hats and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As a Business Development & Sales Representative, you’ll combine client support, community outreach, and sales to help families get the care they need.
You don’t need to be a nurse—but you should be comfortable learning care basics to speak confidently with families, guide them through care options, and build professional relationships. This is a scrappy, self-motivated role where your effort directly drives your results and rewards.
What You’ll Do
Client Support & Intake
Conduct client consultations and assessments (training provided)
Help families understand care options and next steps
Manage intake and onboarding processes
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and families
Community Outreach & Sales
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (agencies, rehab facilities, case managers, senior living communities, etc.)
Proactively follow up and ask for referrals
Represent the organization professionally in the community
Identify new opportunities and “scrap” for business to grow your territory
