Pay: Base Salary $60,000?$75,000 + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000?$100,000+

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring a Forklift & Equipment Sales Representative for a leading equipment rental company based in Phoenix. This field-based, temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone with forklift or equipment rental sales experience who loves being on the road, talking to people, and building business from the ground up.
We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator who thrives on cold calling, door-to-door selling, and face-to-face relationship building. If you're excited by the idea of driving territory growth through personal hustle and strong product knowledge, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage a territory throughout the Phoenix metro area
Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and in-person sales presentations to attract new business
Promote and rent forklifts and heavy equipment to commercial and industrial clients
Generate leads, prepare quotes, follow up consistently, and close deals
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Work independently while keeping strong communication with the internal team
Who We’re Looking For:
2+ years of proven forklift or equipment rental sales experience is required
Self-motivated, highly outgoing, and not afraid of cold calls or knocking on doors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? able to engage quickly and build trust
Must be willing to drive daily to meet customers in person (company vehicle or allowance provided)
Familiarity with material handling equipment, brands, and customer needs
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
