This role is not about sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

You will:

Generate new business through relationships, networking, and outreach

Build partnerships.

Be the face of Pink Zebra in the community

Create referral pipelines that drive consistent revenue

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong referral relationships

Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community events

Follow up with leads and convert them into booked moves

Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

Track activity and results (we care about performance, not micromanagement)

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and face-to-face networking

Sales mindset: ownership, urgency, and accountability

Self-starter who doesn’t need to be pushed

Professional, confident, and relationship-oriented

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Sales or business development experience is preferred — but hunger and coachability matter more than a resume.
