    Head of Sales and Partnerships - Automotive Division 

    • Salary: $155,000 + Bonus + Commission (OTE $250,000 - $260,000)
    • Location: Lawrence, KS - Option for Fully Remote (~40% travel)

    How you'll spend your time as Head of Sales and Partnerships - Automotive Division:

    • Own the automotive and off-highway vehicle market — identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic sales opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
    • Build and lead high-impact partnerships that go beyond transactions to include co-development, integration, and long-term growth.
    • Serve as the primary commercial voice between customers and internal teams — aligning engineering, product, and execs around market needs.
    • Lead customer engagements from first call to contract, with a focus on technical discovery, solution positioning, and deal structuring.
    • Represent this terrific company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites — as both a sales leader and trusted technical advisor.

    Skills & experience we would like you to have as Head of Sales and Partnerships - Automotive Division:

    • 5+ years of sales or business development leadership in automotive, ADAS, sensors, mobility, or related hardware technology.
    • Proven track record of driving $1M–$3M+ in annual revenue.
    • Experience selling into OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is a strong plus.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset — you build the path, not just follow it.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable with both engineers and executives.
    • Willingness to travel (up to 35% domestic, occasional international).
    • Technical curiosity — able to learn radar and sensing technology quickly and speak confidently about it.
