Responsibilities: • Develop new Relationships with industry partners that fit our culture and our avatar • Provide first-class customer service to new and existing partners • Promote, support, and uphold the team's reputation with positivity and professionalism • Cultivate ideas and creativity to promote team brand • Drive participation and engagement in events • Proactively engage with potential new clients and customers with confidence and positivity • Input client information into CRM and create and execute follow-up plan Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workload • Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized • Motivated by income potential and financially driven • Competitive mindset • Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly • Exceptional networker and relationship builder Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 + DOE, opportunity to earn bonus
