Job Title: Business Development Specialist – Roofing & Contracting (Inside & Outside Sales)

📍 Fresno/Clovis Area | Full-Time | Hourly + Uncapped Commission

Infinite Home Solutions — California’s premier provider of residential and commercial roofing, general contracting, and certified Roof Maxx rejuvenation — is growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Specialistto join our sales force.

This isn’t your average sales job. You’ll be a key driver of revenue, combining inside sales (CRM follow-ups, phone and video outreach) with outside sales (local relationship building, partner visits, in-person estimates). If you can close, you can grow with us — fast.

🔧 Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, video messages, and CRM follow-ups

Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial clients

Visit local businesses and referral partners to build relationships and generate leads

Manage and maintain detailed records in CRM (HubSpot, JobNimbus, etc.)

Attend local networking events and community meetings to promote our services

Set and exceed monthly performance goals

Educate prospects on our unique offerings (Roof Maxx, roof repair, power washing, general contracting)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project handoffs are smooth and well-managed

🚗 What You Need

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and video)

Confidence on the phone and in person — you’re a relationship builder

Self-starter with strong follow-through and organization skills

Comfortable driving locally to appointments and meetings (mileage reimbursement provided)

Tech-savvy and CRM-proficient (training provided if needed)

Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment

Roofing/home services experience is a plus but not required
