    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities in the staffing and workforce solutions space, nurturing client relationships, and strategically positioning Volks Resources as a trusted workforce partner.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identify and engage new prospects across targeted industries to generate leads for Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and SOW services
    - Develop strategic client relationships through meetings, presentations, networking, and consultative selling
    - Collaborate with internal delivery and recruiting teams to ensure alignment of client needs and candidate delivery
    - Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that align with client workforce strategies
    - Negotiate contracts and pricing with a focus on profitability and long-term value
    - Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools to track and forecast performance
    - Represent Volks Resources at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums
    - Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence

    Qualifications:
    - 3+ years of successful experience in business development or sales, preferably within staffing, workforce solutions, or consulting services
    - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    - Strong understanding of contingent labor models, SOW, and MSP/VMS environments
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
    - Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong organizational skills
    - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
    - Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
