    Job Summary

    We’re seeking a Business Development Strategist to drive growth across our practice areas. This role blends strategic planning, relationship-building, and market outreach to expand our client base and deepen community engagement. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, build referral networks, and ensure our services reach those who need them most.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with firm goals

    Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (financial planners, CPAs, care providers, etc.)

    Identify and pursue new market opportunities across estate planning, elder law, and probate

    Collaborate with attorneys and intake team to refine client experience and conversion

    Represent the firm at community events, workshops, and networking functions

    Track outreach efforts, lead sources, and conversion metrics

    Contribute to marketing initiatives and content planning

    Requirements

    3+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or professional services marketing

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset

    Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)

    Passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

    Location & Compensation

    Location: In-person at one of our Houston-area offices: Sugar Land, Katy, Clear Lake, or the Galleria Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience Schedule: Full-time
