What You’ll Do as a Business Development Trainee:

• Conduct on the ground research on current market trends and competitor strategies
• Collect and pass on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Help to conduct presentations and pitches for prospective customers
• Assist in analyzing company profit & loss statements to ensure revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to implement best practices
• Track the status of leads and customer communications, following up when necessary
• Shadowing senior team members to learn best practices in business development

What We’re Looking for in a Business Development Trainee:

• Previous experience in business development and/or sales is a plus
• Humble individuals looking to start in an entry level role and work their way up
• Hungry, eager to learn new things and develop new skills
• Ability to collaborate well with others as well as take independent initiative
• Capacity to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
